Design Process

We believe in providing a service that involves you through the design & consultation stages (see Portfolio pages)

Stage 1 - A free visit & consultation to meet clients and identify their needs and garden potential.

Stage 2 - Consultation and a garden brief personal to the client is drawn up for a charge of £45. This will involve a discussion focusing on the design and the completion of a questionnaire.

Stage 3 - An outline sketch will be produced based on information gathered from stage 2. Changes can be made, and final design details agreed. An initial deposit based on final design will be required.

Stage 4 – The final detailed design is presented and final payment completed.

Stage 5 – The agreed cost for completed works to be paid in 3 stages.

• First payment before work begins.
• The Second payment to be paid before completion.
• The final payment to be paid following the completion of works, and client’s approval.

Stage 6 – (optional follow up contract) – On completion of work maintenance plan can be developed and a professional gardener can carry out agreed plan of care. Or consultation and advice sessions can be booked for clients get to grip with their garden themselves (see Education page).
